Kuhn Rakodógép Kft.: The Vas county forests and the VALMET
February 2008 has become an important date in the life of the Szombathelyi Erdészeti Zrt. when vice president Mr Toshiya Yasukawa and marketing manager Mr Roland Lundqvist representing the Swedish Komatsu Forest company, further Dr. Kázmér Csorba director of and Mr. Károly Kristofics managing director of the KUHN Rakodógép Kft. handed over to CEO Mr József Kronekker the 10th forestry forwarder of the new-generation VALMET machines and the 20th one in the history of the 32 years old business relation with the VALMET.
The company - and its predecessor in title - has been a pioneer in introducing and developing saving wood processing techno-logies in the last decades. It procured such forestry machines that spares the soil and the existing natural seeds during working, and it can provide wood material by a pollution-free method.
The name VALMET has been known for a good while in the Hungarian market of forestry machines, as the life of the company began in 1961 in Finland. The first forwarder designed especially for forestry purposes was made in that year.
The national service network of the KUHN Kft., the company that has been marketing the VALMET machines in Hungary since 2004 guarantees that the special machines do their best also in the forests of Vas county!
