The Hungarian Venture Capital Association (MKME) gave out the Company of the Year prize, for the 11th time, which shows the venture industry's recognition of companies in Hungary that give an outstanding economic performance. The chief patron of the night was Gordon Bajnai National Development and Economy Minister. The Company of the Year prize gained significant prestige during the years.

 

Based on user feedbacks and operational experiences, Komatsu developed its earth-moving machines in the Utility machine group, according to buyers needs. The changes effect all the categories, using the newest technologies makes the machines suitable for today's expectations: great productivity, precise work process, easy manageability, environmental friendly, proper operation according to European regulations.

 

As the biggest and most significant stone quarry demonstration exhibition on the European continent the steinexpo had its premiere in the Niederofleiden stone quarry in September 1990. The trade fair is held in a three-year cycle. By means of impressive live demonstrations against the backdrop of a magnificent stone quarry, manufacturers and dealers of building and processing machinery, utility vehicles and heavy vehicles as well as plants for reclamation and treatment of materials put their service performance on display. The recycling of mineral building materials represents another focus point. The steinexpo is organised by Geoplan GMBH, Iffezheim.

 

At the Wieland Baumaschinen Gmbh Exibition, a wide range of construction machines representing a comprehensive cross section of all types of machines was on show to the visiting traders. Amongst them were an array of machines from Hitachi which alone visually made a great impact. At the same time telescopes and lifting platforms of the European market leader Manitou, for the use in industrial and commercial buildings, were presented. Mobile and mini excavators, crawlers, wheeled loaders and backhoe loaders were also on show.
